LADIES!!!! Please help! What do I need to shop for for the special events?!?!?!?!

bra and underwear is fine.. dont try to wear any type of coverup over it though because they'll make you take it off.. I wore a fishnet top and white booty shorts underwear and it was good I got sucked into the lingerie contest and made it into the top 4 lol so it was good enough..

 

as long as it didnt show TOO much it was fine to wear to the other bar.. a select few people were asked to go and change before going to the other bar though.. they'll let you know

 

:headbanger: Congratulations on the top 4! I didn't realize lingerie was a competitive sport...I may have to spice it up a bit!

 

White dress for white ngiht, glow sticks if there is a glow night, school girl outfit if there is one, lingerie ( sleezier the better) and a hat and sunglasses. Bring lots of suntan lotion as it is expensive there and thong bikinis for the best tan. Sandals, flip flops, and one pair of heels.

 

what to wear, what to wear. i really like skimpy dresses, and short shorts!! i have never done lingerie night so i will pick somthing up at the blue boutiqe or victoria secrets. hubbie needs something too. i have never wore underwear in public so it will be a first! but i know it will be a blast! i like to shop so preparing will be fun!!!

 

I'm with ya on that one. Do you have to participate? Can you just go (and wear whatever) to watch and take notes for next time? Sounds like fun, but..... still deciding.....:huh:

 

I felt the same as you when we first booked the trip, but the more I read on these boards, the more comfortable I felt going for it. Why go all that way to watch other people have all the fun?

It seems that lingerie is required for that night, but the other nights are optional.

I figure "It's better to have and not need than to need and not have." Might as well come prepared, then you can choose what you want to do when you get there. clappyinghappy:Just went out last night and got my lingerie night ensemble!)

 

I agree with Summerbum....I was the exact same way last October on our first trip. Once you see the "mood" off TTR and how laid back and fun everyone is any modesty is out the door. I'm a fairly modest person and I had a blast. You don't have to participate in the lingerie contest (although to my suprise I did and it was fun). Most of the people just stand off the stage and watch the others. A few drinks always help to ease any concerns Plus what happens at TTR stays at TTR!!!
