    Eat well and drink lots of water. Find a physical activity you enjoy and make it part of your weekly routine. The rest will take care of itself!:)

    Upcoming trip will be #11. Stressed, not sleeping well, and feeling pudgy...both of us. He always rocks the confidence...and I will, too! It’s not because he does not tell me. I am my own worst critic. Done with it!!

    I was about to virtually kick your ass until I realized I was being hosed.

    TTR IS ABOUT ACCEPTANCE! Not everyone is a size 6 or better (I’m not), not everyone has stretch mark free skin ( I don’t ), not everyone has perky 21 year old boobs or a thigh gap (Baaahaahaahaa...get real. )

    And that’s ok!! If you got it, flaunt it!! If you don’t got it but are proud of what you have and want to show it off, go for it. If you aren’t there yet, that’s ok too. (We will get you there!!)

    Nobody knows you at TTR and nobody gives a shit, but you need to live for the moment and not give a rats ass what anyone else thinks. True beauty is in the mind of the model, not the eyes of the beholder.

    And if I see any body shaming in my vicinity at the sexy pool, asses will be kicked.

    I hate exercise .. It's not fun at all..
    I mainly only drink water but will need to train my liver for alcohol cause right now 2-3 glasses on the rock and this lady is drunk
    I struggle MANY years with my fat. Having polytheistic ovaries syndrome make you takes your fat all at the same place and easy as hell and I HATE it.
    But I learned to live with it and I don't care what others think no more. If someone refuse to talk to me because of my body, well you clearly got the wrong resort and I truly wish not to talk to you.
    They don't like what they see they can f*** off and look somewhere else.

    I'm on a low carbs ( Keto ) diet right now cause none of my bikini fit me and I refuse to buy more.
    I lost nearly 22pounds as of this morning ( Holidays been hard and gain 3 pounds )
    But, if I can get another 5-10 pounds off until mid march I'll be super happy. :D
    Anyways 92 days left before the fucking snow being replace by white sand ! :D

    wild1s, wonder what is you favorite activity. Let me guess: jogging ? weight lifting ? swimming ? No, none of those seem to fit. Must be something else, just as beneficial to physical fitness :) Is it yoga ?

    The wife and I are doing the Keto diet too. I'm down about 22 lbs in 7 weeks not a fun diet but not as difficult as I thought. We are there March 25 to 31 looks like we will miss you Jess...
