This is a loaded question in our house, so I (Laura) am just going to hope Todd doesn't see this post. I have hinted...asked...pleaded...for Todd to help out by picking out something for me. He generally likes what I pick, but wouldnt' it be fun to KNOW it's totally his thing???? What a turn-on to get that little glimpse inside your guy's head to see what he'd really like you in! However, my hubby would rather stab himself in the eyes with red hot pokers than shop, so this one's just not gonna happen. However, even if he'd do it, I wouldn't want to be stuck with someone else's picks every day. I think you have to do the happy medium thing so the woman has a few things she feels like a rockstar in to alternate with her guy's picks. And if you're going to shop for her, use her measurements and the site's size charts, not just a general guess at her size. That can be disastrous!
I usually. Suggest. Hat would look great on her she orders if some deaden she don't like... than I gave to return and get other ones she might be interested.But I usually. Do the packing. So I put mostly what I like.. when we get there she says why did u pack this??? My answer. Is I thought. That will look great on you vine..and that's the end of it.she loves it.so do I ...
Laura, you send him to see me and I'll take him to where we get Jill's fun stuff. He won't come home till he fills a carry-on full of sexy stuff you both will like. I'll sometimes shop & buy a few things for her online, some get sent back after she see's them, some don't. I'm not a fan of shopping, online or in stores. Though before our 1st trip I really enjoyed one trip we took to find her some sexy clothes.. loved having her model different ones. She picked out a few out of her comfort zone and now after that 1st trip her comfort zone seems to have gotten much more relaxed..lol,, Looking forward to picking some stuff out this time and seeing what she brings to 'surprise' me!!
I have bought several bikinis for Beth and quite honestly, the first time we went I didn't think she'd wear them because of their skimpiness or the fact they were sheer. However, we soon realized she enjoyed being an exhibitionist. She is not, however, a big fan of me buying her dresses or tops.
Our first year was a complete surprise for Kellie so I had bought EVERYTHING for her and also packed everything else she would need. Knowing that she may not like all of my picks I did pack some of the know outfits that she loves. Needless to say we had 2 checked bags and 2 carry-on's, one of which was nothing but shoes. So through a learning experience from last year I found out outlook on purchases this year are going to be MUCH better. This year what I have done is started with the "dinner" and/or nightly dresses and am now starting on the bikinis. I have been searching the web intensely and bookmarking all the pages of items that I like. then we sit together and she picks from those. It kind of plays both sides and satifies so that your not stuck with the "I am NOT wearing that... my ass is hanging out all over". Comfort is key for a fun and good time. If you can please the both of you then all the better!
This upcoming trip will be number 6. Each trip I become progressively more daring so I am not too worried. Like SummerBum, I look forward to see what he chooses and like her man, Tom has never wanted to buy my clothes at all. I showed him Malibu Strings, Wicked Weasel, etc...and I am sure he might enjoy shopping on those sites. I gave him my sizes so it will be interesting what he chooses. I have a feeling sheer when wet will be my gift from him. Whatever it is, I have agreed to wear it sometime!
Never gonna' happen here. 1. Hubby procrastinates, so my suitcase would be empty. As TTR is only topless optional, that could present an issue. 2. I'm a control freak. 3. My honey has no clue about my sizes. 4. He's not overly fond of shopping, either. That said, it would be interesting to see what he'd pick for me if he were inclined to try and order stuff for me. =)
Oh, he is not going to pack for me. I am not sure he knows how! LOL I doubt he will buy a matching top. I wear a top more than not but it's his choice. After I gave him my sizes, he said, "So you said small on everything, right?" (NO) I am secretly hoping for a Crystal MS suit but again, I predict something see through or mesh.
