I just looked at TTR site. Not showing sold out So hopefully rooms available. But just think positive that they revived your booking and all is good

So I tried to contact the hotel and they can't understand me. I spelled my last name several times and then they finally said no reservation. So I ask myself "did they say this because they were frustrated"? Tried to call back got the same lady, darn it. So I can only assume they have no reservation. :cry:

So I contact my credit card and they will issue refund in 60 days as long as I can prove I didn't get the service. How do I prove that?
My gut says book again but if I get down there and they do have my reservation I'm out the refund from credit card

So I'm reaching out to this wonderful community of people to see if I can burden someone to ask when they arrive this week if there is a reservation under Tiffiny or Roudell Weber? I know it's a lot to ask and I'm not sure how you can let me know but if anyone has suggestions I'm desperate. Thanks for all the support.

 

I can check for you guys.. I'll know by 1130 or so on the 29th.. Facebook me your phone number and I can give you a call..

Also try emailing the resort as sometimes that is easier than the language barrier.. Or find a friend that speaks Spanish to call

This is exactly why we love this place. A shout out to Claudio for confirming we have no reservation. Also thank you to Noah and Ali and Mrs JLS who have messaged me to try and help out when they get there. Moral of the story we'll be there! I booked direct with TTR and have confirmation it's legit
Paid double but what the hell it's worth it. It will give me plenty of time to pay it off before our next trip. See everyone next week.

As far as my cc hopefully we'll have a refund in less then 90 days. Crossing my fingers.

If any of you don't already know "The Shot Lady" as I like to call her, trust me, you will know exactly who she is by the end of your stay. Can't wait to take a cup off your shot stacks again this year!
