depends............ from what I heard the previous owners were losing their asses on the club! Better off tearing it down and building condos/hotel for money!
Im not so sure now its got quiet down that end it used to have a few bars and fat tuesdays now it would be all alone!
I think they were taking money out of that club to try and save some clubs in other cities. Just put too much of a drain on the club and it couldn't keep up. Jamie

yes man, i heard bk wen the herd were all on it, that la boom was the best club end of, i honestly say u shud go for it u need anyne to work it im there mate!!!
Left brain: Obviously it would depend on what kind of return on your investment you would achieve. Right brain: DO IT! LaBoom was one the best clubs. The parties there where insane. Great atmosphere! I was sad to see it go. Especially since I always stay at the Costa right across the street. BRING BACK LA BOOM!!!!
