    Hi all, me again.....BIG favour to ask.....can we please just let it all go away we all have opinions and all of them are right and justified. It's over whats done is done and lets all move on. We are down to the 48 hour count down till we get to TTR again and we want happy fun times as Red would say.

    Nope, I didn't miss anything you said, Dan. Remember, I argue for a living :) I know you have no beef with the contestants. And I appreciated your support in the past. Let's just respect each other's right to discuss things as we see fit. I didn't see the point of Lenni's thread on gun control on this forum because the issue stirs up very heated feelings on both sides, so I chose not to read it. I didn't post on it to tell people that the discussion should stop. That's all I'm saying. Now let's move on.

    Apologies in resurrecting this one, but I should probably answer Dan's question about future publicity on cancuncare for the Miss TTR competition.

    I would be surprised if they continue with the competition - at least the online voting part, they seem to be winding it down. If they do then I will run a poll here as to whether we should support it or not and go with the majority decision.

    I am on the fence. Knowing who is behind it, I don't trust the competition to be run fairly at all and the irregularities since day one seem to have borne that out.

    On the other hand, although some of the contestants are working far too hard for someone elses gain if that's what they want to do who am I to say they shouldn't or to deny them the chance at a free trip?

    Also, if we get new members along who are in the competition they will not think very highly of cancuncare if their threads are shutdown and deleted, and nor will new members who are unaware of the history and witness that.

    Let's see what happens in the future and if the online voting part of the competition continues we'll do a community vote on it.

    Just one more reason you are the best Steve! not only explaining with reasoning but also putting it out there so that in the future it will be up to the users? WOW! I only wish that kind of service would come through in things that I pay for let alone a free site like this that gives me everything I need for our magic trip every year!
