Can anyone recommend an orthopedic doc who speaks some English?

A PM will work fine, or a reply to this post.

    Thanks,

Oh, knee injuries suck so bad! I had one that was so bad that I couldn't even drive. I got it from running uphill.

I had to get xrays of my knee from a ton of angles. And then I ended up in physical therapy for about 6 months.

In the end I learned the I got the injury because my knee was too strong and tight on one side, and weak on the other side. Strength imbalances cause lots of sports injuries. I strengthened the weak side and learned some new stretches and I've been injury-free for 15 years now (knock wood).

Anyway, I hope it's not bad and you recover faster than I did.
