Oh I think it's complete bullshit...only reason I've been told for lower rates in the UK is because when people from that far go to TTR they tend to stay longer...well here's an idea - keep the rates lower for us in North America and we'll also stay longer or book multiple trips!
We used them in 2012 and 2013 TTR trips (paid pounds came from Us). It was great, lower price than alpha rooms even then. We had no problems at check in. so sad to hear TTR might make you pay difference now. We need a good deal for summer 2016!!!
I just returned ( Halloween),, and we only stayed 7 nights instead of our usual 10 or 11. (Its not always about having the money , but sometimes , about value) They are probably filling their room with members and Referrals , and relying on the rich die hards to fill the remaining. People were bashing me for promoting Oasis Viva 2 years ago ,, but I did have arterial motives , and were'er know paying for their failure $$$. Competition is good .

ok,, if TTR is giving better rates to European customers because of the higher airfare ,, what about giving Canadians betters rates to reduce the $1.37 per USD we have to pay ? ( assuming thats the excuse) Is there a link we can pay in Peso,s ?

Competition is good .[/QUOTE] Is the new Oasis Sens property comparable in price as there is the opportunity in April 2017 to get a large group of the addicts to go there while TTR is under construction or HnH Oct. 2016. After said construction prices are rumored to only increase. Large groups doing a mini takeover could make Sens become a viable alternative to TTR. I have seen it stated on the site many times, the people make the place/party what it is. SW&TW
For the record..... There is absolutely NO chance of HnH ever moving to Oasis! Desire or GP (as a last resort, perhaps) or a smaller less profile resort on a complete takeover basis, maybe. But the Oasis chain of hotels doesn't fit HnH's vibe or needs.
Kenwood would not book the hotel for me because of my USA passport. Not sure if there is another way around to get the same rates without having a UK passport
