Clause 346.7(g) reads: In the event that the Party of the First Part wins a Miss Temptation monthly contest, the Party of the Second Part covenants to attend at his own expense the finale week of said contest to provide such services as are required by this Contract during regular vacations, plus the following additional services:

(i) Miss Temptation sash cleaning, ironing and mending;

(ii) blatant and incessant promotion of the Party of the First Part to resort guests to ensure victory in the aforesaid contest;

(iii) crown polishing (should the Party of the First Part come into possession of a crown)

(iv) such other and additional services as the Party of the First Part deems necessary or advisable or irrationally (while under the influence of intoxicating beverages) demands the Party of the Second Part to perform .

I'll try my best to perform while under the influence of intoxicating beverages, but we might want to be careful how intoxicating we are......it might be quite wild and then again........it might be a fail. Lol

LMAO...I failed the Advanced Contract Drafting course! I have revised the clause to avoid future confusion (especially when under the influence of intoxicating beverages)

 

Ahhhh the story of my life! Just when I find a clause that "might" work in my favor, some smart lawyer re-writes it........sigh! :banghead:

 

I think you did a great job keeping it drams free. You deserved to win (in my humble opinion) and you wanted to win. To accomplish your goal you had to drum up support and I think you were wonderful at it. A little frustration showing is not drama. it is completely understandable.

You NEVER accused your competition of manufacturing votes. In fact you went out of your way to try and find reasonable explanations for her staggering vote runs at off hours. Hold your head up high. you completely delivered on your promise and have a victory to show for it.

 

1st thing: CONGRATS you sexy cougar!!!!! I had no doubt you would win, because you are just that awesome! If they do have the finals you know I will be there with my farmer crew that I travel with every January.
I can't wait to see the "CCC Cougar Smiley" that will be created in your honor!

Thank you, firsttimer. I think there is a little unavoidable drama in every type of contest if the competitors care about winning. We will never know the real reason(s) for some of the unusual voting patterns that emerge in Miss T contests, and slagging the competition does not increase my vote count one iota.
