I think it somehow differs from one member's referral to another's, but here's what we were told we get with ours. I believe you'd get a 20% discount on member's room rates, starting from bottom end all the way up to the Drops Of Love thing in the Temptation Suite. You get the Way Neat-O White Premier Member's band (Wooeee!) and you get to use the Premier Members white towels (Another Wooeee!) if they've not run out of them. You get waitstaff service in and around the pools, when you spot someone serving, just flag them down and ask for what you want, no trips to the bar for you ifn'n you don't want. You get slightly better access to the restaurants and preferred seating there as well. Some other subtle things, like reduced costs in the gift shop & spa, like that.
