Wife and i leave in 1 week and have not received documents yet so i emailed our travel rep and she stated she received eveyones documents but ours. so she tells me to print out travel info from a email and use those, not sure what shes talking about. not real positive at this point. our trip was booked through Apple, i might try and contact them directly Monday. Thanks for letting me vent
Yikes! Are you from the states? I'm not sure about other places but I know here they don't even ask for our documents. They just scan your passport and give you your plane tickets. I will admit it is nice to have paper documents so you can be certain of what time, flight # etc. We booked through Apple a few times..... in 2004 and 2005. It is a good company or at least was then. We stopped booking that way because it was always wayyyy overpriced. I would definitely keep complaining! what are they "waiting" for? Tell them to log in and simply print it out!
