Just to throw it in.. the one night I was at the city, there was a group of English boys in Sailor or Navy costumes.. not really sure.. and the one came up to me and started to dance, and I said no thanks, and he grabbed me, and I pushed him off, and he grabbed again and tried to kiss me... my bf was back in the hotel room not feeling good, so Jack who was with our group that night, told him to back off.. so yes.. its def. not just american guys... its ANNY guy who wants some..
