Us either, been through this scare too many times before. There was a place mentioned I believe called Sens somewhere in the Rivera Mya that had the same concept and along the same price point. Not quite sure where it is though.

Someone just told us about it and said it was similar. I googled it briefly, but didn't really dive into it. It seems to be a lot smaller than the GOV hotel.

 

It is adult only. They don't currently serve alcohol after 1am, they are gay friendly, but I don't see anything about being topless.

Still holding out for TTR delay in construction.

 

I agree with you, I'm crossing my fingers. The only thing that makes me nervous is the article that Steve posted that the hotel will make an announcement the first quarter of 2015. If their goal truly is to have renovations done by 2016, there's no way they can't start demolition by June in order to have a shot at having it having it completed. The one thing I hate about TTR is there not forthcoming with information. And like Steve said Cancun is on board with adding the additional accommodations to the city. Which means there should be very little red tape in the permit process.

 

Not to mention the fact that the hotel has already secured the funding for the renovation.

April or May should be ok for TTR!

Kevin, I'm glad you could possibly break away and go April or May; However, many in the June group go in JUNE because it is the only time they can break away from home. It might be because of school aged kids, sports, jobs such as teachers, coaches, etc.

 

Just heard the news and Ed and I are devastated! After having to miss the last 2 years we have been counting down the months till we can see our June Junkie family again! I just want to cry!
