I agree. Orange is a bad choice. It burns my skin. I hate the fact that the CCC wristbands are orange, but I put up with it. Orange t-shirt? Not a chance. Neon yellow sounds good to me...
I like this and would add the cancer ribbon some place as well. Most of us know Chinos and know him well and personally I feel we should show support for him and others battling against cancer. Would it be possible to somehow generate some cash for cancer charities? or Chinos to donate to either his battle or the kids he supports locally?
So we're in drumroll mode until they figure it out... Or are you just going to show up unannounced like last year???
Last year, the first Boobs Cruise 50/50 was given to chinos for his cause. We can do that again this year as long as everyone remembers that the 50/50 is not the "tip" for the crew members. We could open the 50/50 to allow people to purchase more than one ticket that day (whichever day we choose). Chinos is also involved with the Make a Wish foundation (Wishes, Wonders, & Whodats) We are a part of this foundation too. It was in New Orleans last year, and plan on going again this year. It is a great event that grants wishes for the kids with terminal conditions. After the June trip, I will have a link on my facebook page that will provide information about giving or actually attending the event. It is definitely a Party with a Purpose.
