I think they need a new type of Weight loss program called the TTR diet. Plan a trip every three months to TTR to keep a person motivated to lose the weight. ........ Of course down side a person gains some of it back while they are there......
The New Year's resolution was to get in better shape before TTR in July. Goal was -65lbs. Down 58 to date, and will easily make goal. Probably check in about 195, from 265 at year end. I might have to start making bi-annual trips to keep it off. :biggrinbandit:
