Well, if we break it into groups of 12-14, at least 4 people from the current group will have to be split off into the new group. To keep it fair, we may need to do it randomly... so there's a possibility the OGs could be completely broken up. The other caveat to Option A is that those who were getting a free pass (e.g. Chow, serenityatlast & Kimiej) would now have to jump back into hosting responsibilities. IF your suggestion is that the 18 stay together regardless, that is essentially a version of Option B where, instead of being waitlisted, new couples going forward are organized into a separate crawl. Sorry if this seems complicated... unfortunately, popularity comes with a price! :icon_wink:

I don't mind hosting if I have to but I would like to stay with the original group if possible, for the same reason as Hdtrojan. However I am cool with whatever the major decision is, I just want to have fun and make my 1st night at TTR memorable! First solo vacation...here goes nothing!
We prefer option A....would like to stay with the original group also. We are also very easy going so we will go with whatever you decide
We are thinking option A...and we are open to going with the other crowd, as we know a few of them. Chow does too, but he may not know it yet. Another possible option is to do away with the games and keep everyone together? Idk. Just throwing it out there. .
Thanks for throwing the idea out there, but the reason we did not put this out as an option is threefold: - Q has done room crawls before; and in his experience, the ones where there was some level of interaction beyond drinking and mingling have been the best. Having the games, especially those sexy TTR-style ones, helps to break the ice between strangers and creates a shared experience among the crawlers that can be used to jump start other conversations. - Room crawls (outside of TTR) are generally designed to give groups the opportunity to get tipsy for free (or cheap, since someone has to buy the liquor) before a potentially expensive night out on the town. At TTR, the drinks are free... so a "sip and mingle only" room crawl would be pointless, as this is exactly what we would be doing at Paty O's (but without the music and dancing). - We could be wrong, but we thought everyone was actually looking forward to the games! Hopefully, we will have met everyone at the sexy pool before the crawl... but if all else fails, everyone meet by the cabanas in front of the sports pool at 8:30PM. We will start the crawl from there and work our way back around to Paty O's.
