July 18th Room Crawl by Q&C

We have our game and shots all ready to go, my wife is also going to decorate the room!! Looking forward to a great night and making new friends!!

 

Haven't Came up with an idea yet but we're excited to do our first crawl

Responses Needed!!!

So, we are literally busting at the seams with this crawl; BUT that has not stopped the interest in partying with the crawlers! We have another couple, HereComesTrouble, who have expressed interest in crawling with us on the 18th. We are, therefore, putting it to a vote with the following options:

Option A - We increase the crawl to 8 rooms (16 people total) but keep the time at 15 minutes per room (about 2.5 hours with the room to room movement). With this option, we can either start the crawl earlier (around 8:00PM) or just plan to arrive at Paty O's a little later (11:00PM instead of 10:30PM).

Option B - We add HereComesTrouble to the crawl but keep the rooms to 7 rooms with the same schedule as before (8:30-10:30'ish). With this option, we can either give HereComesTrouble a pass on hosting a room, give our two singles (CHOW & serenityatlast) passes on hosting, or give another couple a pass.

Option C - With HereComesTrouble, we would have enough people to split our one large crawl (8 rooms) into two small crawls (4 rooms a piece) that run concurrently. With this option, we would likely extend the time for each room to 20 minutes unless we get additional interest.

Option D - We're full and can't accommodate additions.

Okay, not sure why but we completely spaced... there are two other couples (HereComesTrouble & ace4868) who are looking to join the crawl. Responses so far have been in favor of adding people to the crawl but not adding rooms. We just want to clarify that the vote is for 4 additional people, not just 2.

With that said, please keep the PMs coming... once we get a majority for one of the options, we will make it official.

Sign them up! Add them to the mix but adding more rooms ( and more shots!) would inhibit my ability to make it to PattyOs that night. Haha

Looks like we have an overwhelming majority for opening the doors...

HereComesTrouble & ace4868, welcome to "The Crawl!!!"

We have figure out a way to keep the rooms down to 7 rooms even if additional couples join... as HereComesTrouble and ace4868 are the last to join the crawl, someone who was already in on the crawl will have the option of relinquishing room hosting responsibilities to them. We are currently checking with individual couples to see if anyone will opt out of hosting. If all the hosts decide they want to remain hosts, new people that join get to tag along with no strings attached.

This will be the cadence for all new parties interested in crawling... if you're the last in, someone has the option of turning over room hosting responsibilities to you... if all hosts want to remain hosts, you get to crawl along with the crew without stipulations.

With that said, HereComesTrouble & ace4868, please start thinking about your game and the bottle you will bring (if someone decides to give up hosting responsibilities).

 

We will give up t he room for hosting if we can still be in the crawl we have never done the crawl before so we're ok with just crawling along if ur ok with it lol
