The flight was supposed to go from JFK to CUN at 8:15AM yesterday. It left the terminal but because of the bad weather, it was sitting on the tarmac waiting for an opportunity to take off. Then since there were no gates available for return to terminal, they decided to kept on waiting on the tarmac for a take off opportunity which never came. Then some of the wheels got frozen to the ground so they couldn't move the plane at all. Finally, they had to bus the passanger back to the terminal around 4PM. I bet they were pissed.

JetBlue finally found a replacement plane and crew at 9:30PM but by then, they couldn't locate most of the passangers. I am not sure if I should laugh or feel bad.

The New York Port Authority said that they had the means to move the people from the plane to the terminal, but Jet Blue didn't contact them until many hours later.

Jet Blue reps acknowledged that they simply didn't ask anyone for help getting the people off the plane.
