Dennis booked like a week before.

 

I dont care when you book, you wont find the Oasis Cancun for less than 1400 or 1500 including flight, no matter WHEN you book! Sucks but thats the reality of it if you want to stay there!

 

Also, it'll probably be rather hard (not impossible but hard) to find availability at Oasis if you wait till the last minute.

 

that's not true... I got my flights seperate from Hartford to Cancun, direct flights, $99 each way.

the day I booked my hotel, the Oasis was still at $869 for a single room, taxes included, on Bookit.com

 

DAMN, not bad to wait sometimes huh? Thats pretty good dennis, I think it depends where you live, because a roundtrip flight from here is 500+, every year! So............. 900+500 is around 1400, its that way every year!

 

I'm a good shopper.

 

Peak week flying out of Toronto this past year to Oasis was tax in 1400.00 Canadian dollars.
