Sorry for this, it's just that past experience has shown that we always have less people when it actually comes to commitment time, plus we will have new people come along before the end of the year. Having reasonably accurate numbers is necessary for us to plan everything properly. The sticky thread is marked as "provisional" until we get 25 people. Once we hit 25 people then it moves to "confirmed" and will definitely go ahead. We need to hit confirmed status 7 days before the planned date to ensure those traveling out early know for sure whether it's going ahead. Since no money is required beforehand this is based very much on trust that those who say they are coming actually show up. So please only commit if you are 100% serious about coming.
