We've had a jacuzzi room each of the last 2 years and will be doing so again in '15. Be sure to stop by!
We will be there February 7th to the 14th and will have a jacuzzi room by the quiet pool. Feel free to join us. Darryl&Brenda
We got a jacuzzi this time around and love it. It fit 5 just perfectly and probably 6. Plus it is great when is cold! The sexy pool was a little too cold at times for us, so we would go back to the room get warm and come back out.
In May, friends of ours had a Jacuzzi Room...they loved it, and it was our meeting place before dinner, before Paty'Os, the Boobs Cruise...whatever. We only want to be in our room when we're in bed or in the shower...or I'm waiting for Jamie to get ready. We'd never spend the extra money for a room upgrade, but it all depends on where you want to spend your time. We choose to spend it in the Sexy Pool and Paty'Os and not our room.
Oh no. Don't even consider it. The floors are treacherously slippery both near the jacuzzi tub on the patio and inside. You can fall and be hurt. There's lizards and even frogs! You could be on the noisy hall between the sports pool and the Asian resturants or near the Italian resturant. The hall can be so noisy near the sports bar with people and staff. I certainly wouldn't know anything about how easy it is to jump the wall, dodge the shrubs and get more drinks from the bar by the quiet pool... Don't do it. Especially the weeks we'll be there. We may have upgraded to them on 3 of 4 trips. We might even ask every time, but we don't want competition. It's much easier to get them when they're open. It's a little bigger than our jetted tub at home, with plenty of space for two. It's a great place to cuddle up on rainy days or when you want a break from the action before/after dinner or PatyO's. We may have used the jacuzzi almost everyday we had one. During busy weeks, I've heard people yelling in the halls about not getting an upgrade to one. We're happy when we get it, and when we don't. I'd only want to pay for it during a monsoon, when we know we won't be outside (and when I'd hope vacation insurance would allow us to reschedule, instead of being trapped in the room); otherwise, its's a only few extra minutes of luxury--which may be important to some.
