So its homecoming and I am so excited. I'm sure every school has this but before the footbal game we have The Walk. You wake up at the butt crack of dawn Saturday and you walk to the football game. Along these 20-30 blocks, you stop at every bar or beer tent and get your drink on! In all my years attending this event, I've only made it to the football game once. I've ended up with a twisted ankle, skinned knee, lost money and phone or I've just passed out. Wish me luck, this is my warm up for Cancun.
CB- I love Broad Ripple! Especially the Vogue and Peppers. Next weekend for Halloween its going to be so crazy. Homecoming usually falls on the last home football game of the season. There are lots of parties and events and alumni come back to campus to visit. Its a lot of fun.
Its when you go back to your school and crown the most popular girl and boy, known as Homecoming King and Queen. Then underclassmen/women are called homecoming court. (I got homecoming court once, thanks to name recongization on my sister behave. We already know why. :-| ) Anyways it celebrated by a football game and dance, and then going out and getting drunk.
that's for High School.... for college it's a weeklong celebration of the school that usually culminates in a football game. There are parades, greek events, pep rallies, plenty of toga parties, and severe liver damage.
yea its a week long of sprint week and sprint fingers ,,!,, Go schoool. Great job chubby. I forgot that, but no one toga's anymore that went out in the 90's. We still have pep rallies. And it is always severve liver damage at UMD. We have the biggest alcoholic's in the nation.
