    Tina, T25 is effective--stay with it!

    Some good core exercises to help you get started are planks and side planks (try for 5-8 at 20 seconds each rather than just one long one), then bicycle crunches (aim for 25 each side) and then lay on your stomach to do some Superman lifts (5-8, about 20 seconds each again.

    That is a great idea, New Diet Plan, TTR Incentive Plan, Must go two to three times a year to keep the weight off. Wonder if a doctor would give me a prescription for that.

    We're two weeks out, and I've been sort of angrily awaiting the weather here in Houston to get hot, no.. screw hot, just WARM enough to go run. Stupid El Nino or El Nina or whatever it is. It certainly ain't Global Warming.
