Very good work sir! what do you attribute this loss to? have you had a major uprse of activity or is it mainly thru eating better?
It is mainly changing my eating habits. I ski once every 2 or 3 weeks, joined a gym and go for an hour of cardio once every 2 or 3 days, but nothing drastic. I went from approximately 2500+ calories a day to just over 1000. I eat pretty much the same things every single day, oatmeal, yogurt, chef salad (with meat), chicken/fish/turkey with vegetables for dinner. fruit or vegetable for night time snack. I also only drink 3 different things. Natural juices with no added sugar, lots and lots of water, and beer. so far so good.
