Thanx Jim. As a Canuck who bought in Puerto Morelos last year, I found this a great article in that it was from a Canadian paper. I only wish the loonie was on par last year instead of at 86 cents when I bought our place in US dollars. Oh well. On the up side, things real-estate and legal-wise are going better than others have experienced, and we really love Puerto Morelos.
