Just 2cents worth here (and we don't have pennies so you all can round that down to 0 if you'd like) - in many hot locations the jacuzzis are not hot. I've been to a few resorts in the DR, Grand Cayman, Belize and Mexico and this seems to be fairly typical. We have a hot tub in our back yard - we heat it to 104 degrees in the winter and about 85 in the summer (though sometimes cool it even further in the summer so it is a refreshing dunk). Imagine a 95 degree day and a tub with 100 degree water? I, personally, wouldn't see the attraction for getting into hot water on a hot day. Anyhow, the 7 jacuzzis look to get a fair bit of use and now that the roof-top hot tub has been outed it might see some more activity too.
Use the term "jacuzzis" with caution, its basically just moving water, the pool can be quite cold at times.
It gets utilized a lot after a night of sweaty dancing at Paty O's...skinny style...if ya know what I mean ;-)
