Sounds like you will love Temptation....Great crowd, great fun!! Like some others said there are a-holes everywhere you go but what can you do. We are probobly what some would call swayers....lol....never swing and have never even been approached there. there is usually a really good group that goes labor day weekend awesome good friendly inclussice people we normally go but we probably will not make it this time the weather is very hot in august and september plus you have that additional issue with hurricanes with all that said we have been many times and at all times of the year its good any time you go rob
Labor day will be tough for me....Ive got alot of 9/15 work deadlines...probably a few weeks before or right after...who knows maybe we can swing it
I don't think the single guys will be any problem to your wife at all. We were just there last week, and the single guys seemed quite respectful. For one thing I think the average age is more mature... most people seemed to be in their 30s and 40s. A couple of guys asked my wife to dance, and one studly guy at the pool politely asked if my wife would be interested in any special services he could provide to her in our room (she declined his offer, but seemed to take her time thinking about it first. lol). As for swingers, we did not notice any during our trip, but we weren't looking for them either.
We've gone in October the last 3 years and it was great. Almost no rain, temperature just about perfect, fun group of people. (We've also been in April a couple times, as well as November; always have a great time.) We did have a trip booked in October 2005 and the hurricane shut the place down so we didn't go that year. The hurricane risk is there; still, we're looking to go again this October. Maybe we'll see you there; we'll buy you a beer!
