Yes they are...and table top ironing boards as well. If you don't have one in your room when you get in, report it to the front desk and ask for one as they might try to charge you if it's missing after you're gone! As a matter of fact, check the binder that's in the desk/night table. It states if anything is missing, you will be charged and it gives a price list...better to be safe than sorry, I say!!!
