Sea Flirt is good, we usually get dinner there. If your in the tower you can sit for breakfast at sea flirt as well....We go to sutra 2 or 3 times in a week. All of it is good though to be honest. We are big sushi and hibachi fans. Well happy early bday! We are there the 24th-1st. Juggs and me will toast one up with ya!

Not 100% sure about breakfast. I do know you can go up the the sky bar and pool. We usually grab lunch there and sit in that pool until our food is ready. Only difference in buffet and sea flirt is a waiter for food.
They have French toast, but not brioche on the buffet. Sea Flirt has slightly better food than buffet, and more intimate. We are members and always hit sea flirt once or twice a trip for breakfast.
Traci likes seaflirt the best. I'm an bacon egg guy and it's the same for me either way. I'm just trying to get to the pool. Haha
