Your list is almost identical to mine I hope all rooms have safes of the similar size. Bringing MacBook Pro 15" Retina, Nikon D700 Gripped, 24-70, 70-200, 50, passports and 2 iphones. Everything else can remain in the bag with a lock (i'll take my chances as I am sure I cannot fit an Elinchrom strobe and modifiers in the safe LOL)...
It's fine for the personal stuff like passports etc.. I don't bring anything flashy or valuable when I go. After all its all about letting loose and having a blast.
