    Overpaid tax is one of the biggest scams that governments have going, and certainly one of the most financially irresponsible ways to handle your hard-earned money.

    Who else would you give a no-interest loan to every single year without knowing how much you would get back? Many people are just too lazy to figure out the break even point.
