The Hyponotist by Lars Kelper Still Missing by Chevy Stevens or The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo series of three books. All are murder mysteries and fantastic books. The Girl with the Dragon tattoo does take until about Capter 8 to get going but if you go into it with that knowledge then it's awsome. Just alot of characters to get to know. I would and have read some of these twice.
Extremely Loud and Incredibly Close. saw this a couple weekends ago..I thought it was an awesome movie.
James Rollins is a favourite author of mine...lots of action, great stories...always a little bit of a "woowoo" factor..."The Black Order"..."Amazonia"...all great reads...in fact hard to put down Helena
Since you've got two weeks - I will suggest you read the book and see the movie - The Beach by Alex Garland & The Beach directed by Edward Zwick One of the books I'm bringing with me for some pool-side relaxation.
Im bringing 150 books. On my kobo e-reader. For you, how about an idea of what type of books you like?? I am a huge avid reader and may have a book or two I could bring for you.
Shantram by Gregory David Roberts is one of my favourite books. it's unisex, my husband really enjoyed it too. For the ladies - The Time Traveler's Wife by Audrey Niffenegger. Many years later i still keep on coming back to it.
I'm trying not to read at the moment so that I 'save up' some good books for the 11-hour flight to Cancun. I've started reading all of John Grisham's books recently but trying to save a few for the journey. If anybody has seen the '4400' TV series, apparently two books were written to tie up the loose ends of the story, after it was cancelled. They're also on my list for in-flight reading!
