if you are looking for a hotel before your flight in Toronto

Our first trip to TTR was with Sunwing that was the one with the hurricane now I know they don't control the weather, but they do control the people that are supposed to help you out when things happen. We could never get ahold of the Sunwing rep at the hotel he was never on the grounds when he said he'd be. Then when I finally got a hold of him he wasn't the most helpful. Our flight out was supposed to be at 11pm so we leave the resort get to the airport and as Donald said the food court is closed so you can't grab a bite to eat. We're in the cramped uncomfortable chairs at the airport and we get the announcement the flight has been delayed we've already cleared customs so we're stuck inside and the flight home doesn't show until 2am. They have to clear the stuff off the plane make it neat for us and we boarded about 2:30am getting back to Toronto at 6:30am and refreshments on the flight forget it. At the end of it we just wanted off the plane and to be on our way home to bed. We've used West Jet ever since. Good luck to you two. Our flight down was great it was just the return that got us. We were supposed to receive a couple of vouchers for our troubles but they never arrived
