    Iberostar

I stayed at the Iberostar Beach resort two years ago. It's a big place, good food, lots of kids and not much fun! They have a bus that goes to Playa Del Carmen a few times during the week. Other than that you are stuck at the resort.

    Missnbluebay,

I'm moving this one to the main Cancun Info forum as it's not Temptation specific. Should get some additional replies there.

We stayed at the Iberostar Tucan/Quetzal in November.

The food wasn't very good, and the drinks were extremely watered down. :(

I would not recommend this resort.

To answer your question, no. However, we were at the Iberostar Costa Dorada in the DR a couple years ago for March break and there were 3 weddings during the week we were at the resort. Generally the resort is excellent and we have been back but don't take my word for it, check this:

One thing to keep in mind with Iberostar resorts, and several other resorts in Riviera Maya...many do not allow outside photographers on the property unless you pay an extra fee. The fee is usually around $300-500USD, depending on the resort. I think Iberostar is around $350USD. If having an outside photographer come in to photograph your wedding is a big deal to you, then you should look at other resorts....or budget for the extra fee.
