New Haven Hotel is in the right neighborhood, is available, and is about $100/night. Not sure about the amenities and all that crap... but it does the job.
The Colony Hotel (last link I posted) looks like it'll do the job fine too & it shows availablity on your dates. Waste, I need to study up on my geography, I had no clue Canada was across an ocean!!! :lol: Go with that last link for Colony Hotel, that works fine.
Borders!!! Waiting in customs lines... sweating like a pig sneaking in my smokes and maybe some cigars and 4 times the legal duty free amount of liquor, half intoxicated behind the wheel as I've started the party 8 hours early... Borders are no laughing matter anymore... as of two weeks ago, all the wanna be cops who failed the physical and became border agents took a 2 hour course and now carry guns. BTW... If you can't find me a hotel room, you better start preparing the story you're going to explain to Todd about some random guy just sleeping over. And remember, no matter what story you come up with, I'll be well prepared with a surprised look and a completely different story of how I was invited to sleep over to tell him... .
WTF! There were rooms available when I looked!! I will look more tomorrow. You're staying the 9th - 12th right? As far as crashing at our house, it's been done before! But we're not in New Haven :? But you have me laughin at the look on your face as you act like you know nothing of the story :lol: :lol: :lol: Anyway, time to go home now & I will get on the job again tomorrow - HOPEFULLY with Dennis's help or Caroles help tomorrow. They're out drinking right now ...pft!
i vote new haven, as i live 5 min from it lol my uncle has stayed at new haven hotel, actually paved the parking lot as well , he said it was nice, also right around the corner from the "club zone" , omni is the best hotel downtown but pricy, the marriot on whalley my friend stayed there and he said it wasnt that great
ahhh you guys are partying farther and farther away from me.....lucky its the weekend and ill be able to come home and then travel for this meet-up
