Yah when you are non US citizen u get taxed as well, but you get back home and claim it. The cmaling it back part is nonsense though. My mom won money iN Vegas, and had to get her pasport noterized when she got back at the US Consolute, and then have her passport shipped to the US, and it takes like 12 weeks to even get somehing back. And it costs alot too. Most poeple have to go to accountants to get that money back cause they have the forms you need

I see. It'd have severly pissed me off if i'd have won the $2.8million jackpot on a machine I was playing in Vegas only t have to give 27% to Uncle Sam. Still cant get my head around the diffent amounts of tax on Greta's winning though.... how ever, never mind. Ian :lol:
Yeah doesn't make sense to me either Ian.. Yeah here you get everything right on the spot in the US on the Machines if you win over 1200 they take the taxes from you, anything under is all yours
