I was soooo hoping to push out 4 this year.... I'll try and update the spread in the next day or so. Work, blizzards, and visitors are keeping me pretty busy this weekend. Jamie
I would love to do 4 too Jamie. Remember though, we do need 30+ for a guaranteed private cruise. With 20 - 30 we have to accept some other people not from TTR. The alternative to still have a private cruise for 20 people is I have to pay for an extra 10 spots myself or put the price per person up, and obviously I want to avoid that. We also need to figure in the no show rate which is sometimes as high as 20% (it was yesterday). I would much rather have say 2 cruises with 35 people than 4 with 20 people. Although that might mean less people overall it's just a whole lot more fun when we are in a greater position of control by virtue of numbers..... everyone wants fun and it is that factor that keeps these cruises so popular and talked about.
Time to step it up. We are sending out Cruises on May 15th and May 21st. We still have a few open slots so if you are interested sign up now. The Cruise on May 5th is going to need some help. So talk them up with your friends. I think it would be a true testament as to which month is the true Repeater Month if we were able to send out 3 full cruises in addition to Rob & T’s. If the one on May 5th does not go, we’ll move those folks that are available to one of the other cruises but let’s see if we can get them to go because not everyone will be able to move to another cruise. For those that don’t know about the famous Steve Booze Cruises…. The boats we use is a 52 foot trimaran, comes fully crewed, and all your drinks are free all day long, lunch is provided too. Included in the day out is: - reef tax (normally payable extra on other similar tours) - snorkel over the reef (equipment provided) - open bar on the boat all day - lunch on the island includes open bar for lunch (open bar for lunch is not included on other similar tours) - shopping in Isla town (optional) - spinnaker rides (weather permitting - at own risk!) - adult themed entertainment, silly games, prizes etc (not included on other similar tours) - no kids (not guaranteed on other similar tours) feel free to shake your boobies if you Desire! The differences between Steve's private charter cruises and a regular trip you'll find elsewhere are: - We have the same price but we include the $5 tax, many other trips don’t tell you about the tax until you show up on the day and none include it in their overall price. - We guarantee adults only - We are all English speakers, so the MC doesn’t have to repeat everything in other languages each time - You don’t have to pay for drinks at the restaurant, many others you do - We run silly games and prizes - If available and if there's demand we do a whistle stop golf cart tour of the island - We all 'know' each other already through the forum which makes for a better group experience rather than being with people you don’t know. - We are all TTR minded people, so no sitting with the stuffy couple staying at the Hilton - Topless is fine and not frowned upon by others - Our crew members do not need to be so reserved as other times due to the nature of our group - Because it's a private hire we call the shots and the itinerary, we can change the order and how long we stay at places, guided shopping is optional and not forced upon you. All for only $60 per person.... So just add a post that you want to go, serious posts only please because there is real money involved, and we’ll add you to the list. We need 30 to fill out a cruise. Max is 45 so don't get left out. Taking a swag at dates, we can move people around to fill in or go on scheduled cruises. Check the list to see where your name is.
