it sounds dumb, but it varies from state to state dream! Here in indiana, if you are caught underage drinking, most the time they wont do anything, but if they happen to do something, its a ticket! Your first offense, you pay 150.00, and if you stay out of trouble for a year, its all off your record!
well...........I found this out 2 years ago when I got arrested for Public Intox at Purdue University! I had to do the exact same thing as the underage people who got busted that weekend..........thats how I found out. hahaha was not fun, I was booked in at 3pm in the afternoon and spent 12 hours in the drunk tank.......missed a whole night partying and I puked all over myself, was not fun. hahaha :lol:
Well we usuallt got off with a warning I guess. But I always though it was just a fine, didn't know it went on record... And most times when you have something on your record and you are a minor it automatically removes itself after X amount of years..Well at least over here anyways
yea see if you are under 18 it can be remove from you record. However, if you are 18-20 its a different story. Remember the legal drinking age is 21. Even though Dennis acts as he is 12
Yup totally sucks! I still owe my lawyer around 4k to fight my DWI charge I got about a year ago. I've already paid him about $1500. DWI/DUI is not cheap so learn from my mistake and make sure to designate a driver before partying. OR go to cancun and get drunk off your keister all week long and rely on mexican transportation system to get you back safely LOL!
