I realize I might get a thousand different answers.....but

we went there last march 8th - 15th.... weather was great... ppl was great..... we are going back on the 14th - 28th march. really looking forward to it.... going to party for 2 weeks......

We went last September while a hurricane was headed our way. We only got maybe 10 minutes of rain a day. But ur in a pool. And that is what lids on cups are for. But this year we are going in April for 9 days. We got hooked up with a group and are so excited to meet them

been there 6 of the 12 months, and I would say, in order of the best, May, Oct, and April

 

If you plan on going to alot of bars n clubs off the resort, March is very young springbreak crowd. Done it once n will never do it again. The resort itself is great anytime of year

 

We've been in February, April (twice), May (many times), September (maybe 3 times) and December. Won't go back in February or December because it's just not warm enough for us. All of the other months have been great. A little more of a threat of bad weather in September but it has always worked out real well for us.

 

Well being that im from the Northeast, I would have to say the best time to go to a place that is much warmer, has unlimited alcohol, half naked people and great food would be sometime between January and December.... If you cant make it then, come to a New York winter, read and repeat LOL...
I personally used to love end of March, Now I have been addicted to mid april. So I would say from march to may would be best...

 

We are from the Midwest also and the coldest days in Cancun are better than the warmest winter days in the Midwest. NYE is our favorite time in Cancun with a great crowd, huge NYE party, and a fantastic break from the cold.

The party people during April and May make that a great choice also. Another good time was during late November/early December although the crowd was a little tamer, but still a great getaway from the cold. We have been over the Labor Day holiday a few times and enjoy that time as well.

I would avoid July and August as it is hot enough that the pool is not very comfortable. Plenty of hot things to do in the Midwest during that time.

Actually the best time is today with tomorrow being the next best option.

 

April is the best!

We go the third week in April every year, and we keep going back then for a reason! The weather is amazing in April, and we see alot of the same people returning the following year. Really fun crowd in April. We also go the first of January, but the weather is kind of hit and miss then... not as reliable as April.
