at the calender pretty much all day long working out the days hours and mins till i get to PARRRTTYYYYY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! i hear theres a gym at the resort, what is it like?
The gym's not the best but it's ok while you on hols. I trained three times a day last time we went and ended up in better shape than when I arrived lol
lol 3 times a day on holiday? i was thinking once every other day keep the body ticking over. i prob wont even manage that with the amount of alcohol im going to consume!
3 times a day??? Between 3 workouts a day at the gym and all the additional workouts we read about in the other thread, you are a machine. I'm betting you slept most of the plane ride home... ...poor Lynfa... ...how big is your heard of sheep at home...
all depends on how much room you need. The balconies are fairly wide, but only a few feet deep. Enough for a small patio chair and some walking room. If you get a ground floor, the patios are a decent size.
I find just joining in the volleyball games, water polo, etc. to be more then enough exercise to keep the body going. Nick and Renee
