I am curious as to why people chose to go to TTR for the first time

Our first trip was because was very good friends of ours with pretty much the same attitude as us said " let's go you will have a blast and not regret it " and we said ok we all booked . And they were right hooked now, (.Y.)

 

I am shy and would have liked to see that - my wife however would have dug right in!

 

I have tried for years to convince my wife to go to Mexico, with little success. She worried about safety; what can I say... We both enjoy the adults only aspect with a sexy vibe, and we wanted a party atmosphere with a nightlife. Been to other adults only resorts in the Caribbean, but either boring, or they are getting way to pricey. So I took another shot at convincing her to go to Mexico. Caught her at the right time (dead of winter, and way too much snow) and she said yes!

 

We decided on TTR because first of all no kids....second was topless optional and party atmosphere...lastly because we anted to possibly try something we had never done....did not accomplish that last summer but hpefully this july we will have better results.

 

My wife needs the kind of excitement that Temptations provides especially for girls who are curious......

We were looking for an all inclusive with no kids and came across it on the CCC website. It was Blue Bay back then as they were just expanding into Plaza Las Glorias (Quiet pool side). Loved it so much after just one day that we bought in and we've been back 11 times since and have brought friends and family with us several times. Feels like a second home and like no other place on earth.

 

Our first trip is still 42 days away, but as we're both turning 35 this year we decided to do two small trips instead of one big one, and after a lot of looking we decided that an AI resort, somewhere warm was what we wanted. We also didn't want kids around, at all, even if there are "adults only areas" of the resort. In the end, things came down to cost and reviews, and TTR had the sound of an adult spring break, which is something that we both wanted to do, since we never got to do a proper spring break in high school or college. So now we're just counting down days, and with the ice storm we just got it can't get here soon enough.

 

1st time was in 2008 when it was Blue Bay parents had bought into the timeshare and wanted all us kids to check it out. i had a blast then found CCC and meet more friends on here been back 2 more times with a 4th trip hopefully this aug

 

2006...August, 5 day, 3 city baseball roadtrip or a trip to the beach? You know what the wife chose, right? Found BBG on a last minute cheaptrips, she loved over 21, no kids, took her an hour to lose her top and now we're heading back for our 9th time!
