Hurricane heading towards cancun( It missed thank god!!)

thank God its not like wilma that was so sad to see

 

It is like Wilma...only not in Cancun.

Other parts of Mexico (south of Cancun) and Belize got hammered.

 

Still getting hammered too.. I'm sure beaches in Cancun will be damages, as they were expected to get some major waves, which will get the beaches, but hopefully all will be better than we imagine.

 

like jason said - im anxious to see the sun come up to see what happened.. not just in cancun, but all along the coast

 

has been downgraded to a cat 3 now!

 

I am quite sure that the beaches in Cancun still took a beating, and you'll see plenty of rocks now.

But it won't change the color of the water.

first reports are coming in from steve's crew around cancun, and from what they are saying, its sounds real good for cancun!! Almost a non issue as one of them put it.

I had a dream last night that I was covering the hurricane from the oasis (wishful thinking?)

I remember seeing waves 10 feet high crashing into the hotel.

Then I woke up and life was good again.. haha
