right, gonna ask a stupid question, so i expect a stupid answer ... im totally new to this sunbed malarky ... do u bother using sun lotion when u goin in .. and how long should you go in for at first ...

totally agree about the muscle situation .. i am quite content just keeping toned .. just rely on my natural good looks and stunning personality to get with the ladies  ..... alcohol helps too

you can use what is called an accelerator lotion, sold at the salon, i wouldnt recomend it for someone so fair who i just starting the first few times you go.

i also wouldnt go in for very long the first few times. 6 mins maybe. ask the people at the salon, if they say oh you can go for 10 mins or more your first time question it cause i wouldnt. keep to a low intensity bed and if you feel yoruself burning cover your face or chest (or bottom is the worst for it always good to lie on towel for few mins your first few sessions. bottoms burn quickly) with the towel. for part of session.

depends. i wouldnt start in one as they are a higher intensity. do not let them start you in this bed. you will burn!

pros: no pressure point marks on body (ie shoulder blades and tail bone)
gets under your arms and side of body so you dont have white streak down the sides (most people forget to lift arms and move a bit in beds)

    cons: not as relaxing

i'd say do it if youve been going for a while. i prefer a higher intesnsity lay down bed. i use the mega or mega 2 at the salon we go to. just personal preferance really

LOL Deeka I like the graph.

For any new guys using a sunbed if you do more than 10 minutes on a high powered bed... Wear a sock  I made this mistake back in 2005 ouch!

    Bye
