Well just to keep you guys up to date with my progress, I was on a 10 week lean mass gain "routine" I cut it a little short to 8 weeks due to certain reason anyway I got some good gains and I am now 231lbs on the scales. Im carrying too much bf (As I can only see my top 2 abs) but some of it is water retention which should go over the next few weeks. Now to lean out for the summer.
Still wish I was going Cancun though .

Below is a picture from last night, and unlike normal Im not pumped in this photo so it gives a more realistic idea.
