Hows the workouts coming along?

    Is everyone (guys and girls) getting in shape for their trip? Ive been at the gym twice a day occasionally skipping a day for the past few weeks and im seeing the results. Gained a few pounds, muscle definition starting to show esp around the stomach and im feeling really good about myself. Just wondering how everyone else was doing

    I am doing well, I am geting the "Are you losing weight ?" Comments..LOVE IT!!

    I was a lazy arse this week though, so back into tonight with Apple!

    workouts are coming along nicely. ive slacked a little bit but i plan on hittin it hard here on the home stretch..hope it works out..good luck everyone!

    My Workout:

    Friday: Went out for spicy Thai food and potent rum cocktails.

    Cooked breakfast:
    Omelet with Portobella Mushrooms, Tomatoes, Red Pepper, Cheddar Cheese. Also made banana pancakes, and had toast and coffee.
    Had Lunch:
    Yogurt, 1 hr later Pretzels
    Cooked Dinner:
    Penne a la Vodka with Garlic Bread. Chardonnay on the side.

    Cooked Breakfast: Same as above minus the banana pancakes.
    Ate Lunch: Remainder of the Penne a la Vodka from the night before (approx. 1qt) with a beer.
    Ate Dinner:
    Made a heaping tray of nachos - 3 cheeses, 2 kinds of beans, beef, corn tortilla chips. Ate the whole thing during the 1st half of the Super Bowl, with beers.

    was making progress til this weekend rolled around..

    gettin back on the bus right after work and stayin on for the home stretch

    mine is going good... trying to lift 4 times a week 2 days are chest and back the other two are biceps triceps and shoulders.....

    i have been doing 8 minute abs once a day... starting today im gonna try to do it twice a day....

    and i started tanning today!!! we are in the HOME STRETCH!!!!!!!!!!!
