Always next year We are pretty consistent for the week leading to Memorial Day. Usually 8 or 10 in our little group And I am the least funny of them, but I am the weirdest.
But we can try to make it better through mutual respect and some common sense and hopefully we can work something out that meets both needs.
There is not enuf ventilation in Patio's , and too much Tequila to make it work.,, sorry thats my reality opinion I keep moving around , I don't want to make an issue while on vacation, and I do ask them for fans.( hospitality)
Have to agree with you on that. As smokers we even think some times it is too smokey and has not enough air circulation. Too much Tequila doesn't help either as you correctly stated.
Thanks for the compliment...and forgive my rudeness for not saying so earlier. I get it all from Janice which is a good thing since most of the time it looks like I have stick up my ass, lol. Her influence on me and her fantastic personality is why we have friends I think you and Rome would fit in well with our weird and wonderful group...ok, I am the one who makes it weird but you get the drift, lol.
I will be a non smoker this next trip. celebrating my 50 on sat. sun cold turkey! when I found out I was pregnant I put them down every time. I can and will do this! its a horrible habit, and I don't like it. even then I will realize what a struggle it is for people, and not bash them. so if it is a problem for me, I will just move away from the smoke and puff my e cig. I will still move away from others because I think those smell bad too. all in all we try to be considerate but as mentioned coupled with drinking sometimes common sense goes out the window.
I've been burned by lame careless smokers trying to push thru the packed dance floor of patios. Really it's things like that that are the worst besides the smell. I'll echo the if you have to maintain the addiction in tight spaces like that buy a vape for the trip and make it better for everyone involved. It is appreciated by many if you do.
Congrats on the decision kmontoya. Just keep looking ahead. It took me 3 attempts to quit, but am now 4 years in after using tobacco for over 27.
