Self serve beer taps. ..... Reminds me of many all-inclusives in the early '80s (i.e. Jack Tar Village, Bavarro Beach Resort) They would include cigarettes in the all-Inclusive menu of perks. The resorts' bars would have bowls of loose smokes (locally made) and you would just help yourself. Raunchy.....but free. We would get all the travel companies brochures and dog ear pages short listing the potential resorts, for our hard earned, YEARLY, vacation. We would then compare all the perks and whittle away resorts, until we decided on the best value/ bargain. Many times free smokes was the scale tipper. Man those were the days.
