Trust me pal you wont need £1500 I took that much last year and came back with loads! I'd say take a grand and have some in the bank at home just in case
HOLY CRAP! Isn't 1500 pounds like 3000 american? Are you trying to buy a penthouse down there buddy? lol. I go every year and have never brought more than 3-500 american and I've been perfectly fine. I've NEVER tipped and got perfectly good service(at the Golden Parnassus).... I'm not rude, I just saw "gratuity included" on our bill of sale. But I always eat inside the hotel(except for maybe once a trip), I go to the night club maybe once or twice(about 90), go wave-runnering in the ocean (45 a half hour), and last year I bought like 4 t shrits, a nic-nac for my mama, a hot pink sombrero, blanket, cancun candle, pregnancy test(lol im married no worries, and it was a no) and some other stuff. AND I still took 100 USD home. I can't see going to the club every night. I dont like large crowds like that. Theres the same party at my hotel at the beach bar(tiki bar) until like 3 am. Dancing, laughing, only like 70 people(SO MUCH BETTER), etc. Not some random nasty chick trying to shake her cooter on me and make out with me because she a lesbian when drunk.... and guys trying to lift up my skirt, grab my ass, ask to see my boobies or anything else. Sure cancun is supposed to be about partying..... but seriously a week after i leave mekiko..... i'll be 23. I guess I've just matured past all the mayhem. I mean I live right near all the philly clubs and stopped going to them when i was 19. Some hot chicks with big boobies, are just more responsible i guess. ... Then when I get to cancun....all of that wil probably be thrown out of the window... and you'll meet me passed out on the ground outside of senor frogs like all the other drunk chicks.... hahaha LMAO!
