yeh was all inclusive, £650 for the hotel, £450 was spending money. Tax is around 50 dollars i think but i payed in pesos which works out cheaper!
I spent about £1200 - £600 for hotel (all inclusive), flights and £600 for activities, going out nearly every day & money to get out of the country... The most spent in our group was £1500 in total..
Bloody hell £650 for your actual holiday? Mines is costing £887 for the week! I hate the fact it always costs so much more to fly from Scotland.
After going to Cancun for 5 or 6 times, I ahve it down to a science of how much to bring! I have been there done that with the tours and trips, so I budget around 50US for each night! 350 US probably 400 US does me for the week! BUT....all the money I spend on clothing before I go...thats a different story! lol
including eating like kings at the airport on the way home, a frogs t shirt and other bits and pieces and $60 after i was sick in the room, oo and i owe someone $75, i spent around $1000 which wasnt too bad for 2 weeks
well, i tend to spend way to much when I drink, so next year I am opening up a different account with a certain amount of money and just using that until it runs out. I really have to watch my spending. I probably spend around 700 dollars for only 4 nights. Next time I need to make walmart runs instead of spending all my cash within the vacation zone. :roll:
Just checked my statements. In 9 days trip, I tooked US$828 from the ATM and charged US$302 on my credit card. $200 is on bad stuff that I really shouldn't have bought. $75 is goose bottles from duty free. $150 is entrance for my friends. Without above extraordinary items, I spent about $700. I took cab at least once a day and tip really well.
