    We've been to Mexico many times and to other Caribbean vacations.
    So far never had a problem. 2 months ago we returned to a Mexican
    restaurant (in the states) where we really liked the food and ,,BAM,,
    45 mins later I was being held hostage in our hotel bathroom...
    you never know..

    I guess I'm just weak. In spite of trying to practice all year long I never seem ready for TTR. Not sure if it's Montezuma. Or alcohol poisoning, but most trips I have have had an issue. Do whatever you can, cause missing even one day there is a horrific loss.

    Always good to be prepared. We had been dieting prior to our the trip a few weeks ago.. so change in food can sometime be an issue. Glad we had gone to Walmart before our trip and picked ups a few items. I say be prepared, if you have to buy something on site you will pay 3 times the amount.

    Dukoral

    Hi everyone

    I take Dukoral 3 weeks before my trip and I have a iron stomach. Highly recommend it. In Canada its by prescription. Never had a issue

    Ive been this place over 20 times and its only happened to me once, Now I Always take Cipro with me Its a antibiotic that kicks it in the ass, never go without it now
